What Skill Level is Required?

Sessions are designed for children at all skill levels or ability and all ages (usually between 7-11), regardless of which year group* your child is in at school, or how far along in their learning journey they are.  

 

Your qualified teacher will walk them through a structured curriculum lesson with clearly modelled step-by-step instructions on approaches to exam style questions, whilst challenging and stretching your child’s imagination to go beyond the lesson content when appropriate.

 

Your child will be able to gain expert support and up-level their skills by participating in a community of their peers and by receiving meaningful and instant feedback on their learning.

Please note: You do not need to have purchased the Study Hat 11+ Premium Course from us in order to attend these sessions.

* As a guide, these are aimed at National Curriculum levels aligned to upper KS2 with a focus on skills and knowledge also needed for passing the 11+ and other Grammar School Entrance Exams (generally considered to be harder than end of Year 6 SATs).
